Google Drive ™ Integration

1. Introduction

Welcome to COPC LAZ Viewer (“the App”). COPC LAZ Viewer allows users to open and view COPC LAZ files directly from their Google Drive ™ using the “Open with” context menu.

The App is developed and maintained by an independent developer (not a company). By using COPC LAZ Viewer, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Use of the Service

  • The App is designed to open and display COPC LAZ files that you select from your Google Drive ™.
  • You may only use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to interfering with its operation, attempting to access files you are not authorized to, or using the App for illegal activities.

3. Google Drive ™ Integration

  • The App integrates with Google Drive ™ and is accessible via the “Open with” context menu.
  • When you choose to open a file with the App, only the file you have explicitly selected will be accessed.
  • The App does not access or scan any other files in your Google Drive ™ without your explicit action.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

  • COPC LAZ Viewer processes files solely for the purpose of rendering and displaying them to you.
  • The App does not permanently store, share, or upload your files to external servers.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights and ownership to the files you open with the App.
  • The App and its underlying technology, code, and branding are owned by the independent developer of COPC LAZ Viewer.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • The developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the independent developer is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

  • The developer may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
